Top 10 Reasons Single Dads Can Be Great Dads

Single dads were previously rare in society, but with the increasing divorce rate they are far more common, whether they be full time or part time single parents. Feed Them Well.  If you feed children junk food and soda, you can actually affect how their brain develops.  Make sure they get loads of exercise and sunshine, and feed them healthy food.  Vitamins are also a good idea, and especially fish oil. And watch the potion size, because child obesity is a huge issue for today’s kids, and you don’t want them to face it! 3. Spend Time.
